Administrative and Financial Manager - Sao Tomé and Principe

Head of the financial management of the company, you will be responsible of:

  • Financial management and cost accounting, monthly & annual reporting
  • Fixed asset register, investments, stocks, debtors and creditors follow-up
  • Treasury management, cash-flow, debt and financing issues, liaison with local banks
  • Budgeting and budgetary control administration
  • Internal procedures/control/audit design and policing
  • Manage group and external audits
  • Payroll supervision
  • Tax administration and annual tax audits
  • Liaison with relevant Government Agencies and local Authorities
  • Management of the Financial Department staff
  • Preparation of General and Board meetings


  • Sex: M/F
  • MSc in Applied Economics or similar
  • PC literate, familiar with ERP/accounting software
  • French and/or English, being bilingual is an advantage
  • Portuguese: compulsory

Experience required

  • Relevant professional experience > 5 years in similar conditions abroad (Asia or/and Africa)
