Job Description

  • Adapt the Socfin Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy to the local context in order to anticipate, guide and plan internal and external communication;
  • Build a local external communication plan to ensure a coordinated and proactive way of communication;
  • Implement SoP and structure for internal communication that ensures and registers communication flows: inside the local company and with the Group;
  • Adapt and implement SoP for external communication to ensure a standardised external communication across the plantation and the Group;
  • Provide advice in public relation area to the General management of … (If needed, will be the spokesman to the press:
    • Manage relation and contact with International and local press, NGOs, stakeholders, shareholder, lobby groups, etc;
    • Carry out a media monitoring: create a national & international African/Asian daily press review;
    • Attendant and/or plantation spokesperson in press conference, events, workshops and so on;
